Microsoft: This update requires a solution update. You must be on version 3.15.15648.14722 to access all features available in this release. Please enter a ticket with our Support team for assistance.
Salesforce: This update will roll out seamlessly without the need for a manual package or solution update from your firm. You must be on version 2.25 to access all features available in this release.
Data Broker
- Resolved an issue where duplicate External IDs were created for the same records. Data Broker now only allows an initial External ID creation.
Microsoft
- Resolved a correlation error when adding new Chronos mappings.
Salesforce
Resolved the following issues:
- Address formatting errors when the Address contains multiple lines.
- Enabling Holdings without mapping Asset Classes caused errors for each Segment, Security, and Holding. Now a single error is returned per entity, allowing jobs to complete successfully.
- Long-running jobs received an "Access Denied" error on the last steps of the job.
Addepar
- Resolved an issue with bulk upload jobs failing due to a change in Addepar's API. Jobs are now running successfully.
Black Diamond
Enhancement
- Move to Black Diamond API V5 for data coming into Engage. This allows access to broader data including receiving the Contacts file from Black Diamond.
Resolved the following issues:
- Authenticate to Black Diamond was not displaying for users without a valid Black Diamond login session. Users without valid authentication will now be prompted to authenticate before uploading new records to Black Diamond.
- When Import Households options was selected, the Import Contacts option defaulted to checked.
Innotrust
Resolved the following issues:
- Innotrust logins failed due to a missing token expiration value.
- Innotrust credentials were not being recognized during login
LaserApp
- The Primary Contact entity setting was missing from Data Broker. Primary Contact is now enabled.
Schwab
Enhancement
- All TD Ameritrade functions have been merged with Schwab.
Fix
- Schwab account matching issue caused duplicate records. Data Broker now ignores preceding zeroes added during the conversion from 8-digit to 10-digit account numbers.
