This update requires a solution update. 

 

Data Broker/Skyline 

Enhancement

  • The Data Broker/Skyline setup interface has been consolidated to remove no longer relevant entries and screens for a cleaner interface and smoother user experience.

Fix

  • Resolved an issue where daily bulk load jobs for firms without segment, asset class, and/or security masters mapped were failing. Now, the job will give a warning and continue to process.

 

Innotrust

Fix

  • Real-Time Control Now Formatted as Currency. Previously, the Innotrust Real-Time Control would display as integers. Now the value will be displayed in currency format.

 

Schwab

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where Positions, Asset Classes, and Securities were not updating. Schwab data persistence jobs are now updating successfully.
  • Resolved an issue with new enrollments receiving a correlation error. New enrollments will no longer receive an error.

 

MoneyGuidePro

Fix

  • Resolved an issue where data was not pulling into the MoneyGuidePro app when a secondary contact was not listed on the Relationship. Now, the secondary contact is optional, allowing data to load if no secondary contact is listed.

 

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

Fix

  • Resolved the requirement for a 'Client' Role for the Primary Owner of an account. Previously, financial accounts required a client person account as a Primary Owner. Now, other roles are accepted for Primary Owner, including Spouse, Child, Head of Household, etc.

Enhancement

  • Enhanced Error Messaging when Data Broker is unable to find the Primary Owner/Person Account for Financial Account records. Previously, if a Primary Owner was not found, error logs would show a generic (404) Not Found error before assigning the account to the Undefined Person Account. Now, the error will be more descriptive and indicate that the Primary Owner is unable to be found.
