Last Contacted On Enhancement

We updated CRM Plus Last Contacted On logic to support independent tracking of Last Email, Last Conversation, and Last Review Meeting. Previously, those fields only updated if the tracked activity was the most recent overall client touch.

As shown in the screenshot below, this behavior is controlled by the Track Last Date Independently setting in Entity Settings. When this setting is disabled, CRM Plus continues to use the prior behavior, where activity-specific date fields only update when the tracked activity is the latest overall touch. When this setting is enabled, each qualifying activity can update its corresponding date field based on that activity’s own date, even when a newer overall touch already exists. Because this setting is configured in Entity Settings, it can be enabled separately for each configured entity.

Recurring Tasks Enhancement

Currently, recurring tasks set up by the client have a pre-defined set of recurrences. We've had several clients ask us to expand the optionality to include:

  • Every 2 Years - Biennial
  • Every 3 Years - Triennially

This will now be available to all clients and all users.

What We're Working On

C-R-Impact

C-R-Impact is our next-generation version of legacy iParties, a CRM plugin that allows you to focus on a single record and visually represent all associated or linked records in CRM. We are excited to provide a navigable UI with a spiderweb design and presentation.

With C-R-Impact, you can select a record in CRM that you have access to (restricted currently to Family, Relationship, Contact, Portfolio, and Financial Account). C-R-Impact will be available at the firm-level and will need to be added to page layouts as a component (Salesforce) or web resource (D365).

Schwab DAO in CRM

Schwab DAO is a highly requested feature that allows you to open multiple registration types inside CRM, without needing to navigate away to Schwab Advisor Center. Please be aware that you will need to be using Schwab as custodian and be leveraging Advisor Center in your current Schwab services.
