Last Contacted On Enhancement

Our Last Contacted On (LCO) plugin fills in pre-defined date fields based on logged activities, such as emails, phone calls, and meetings or reviews. Currently, the plugin maintains a single field, 'Last Contacted On' - with this enhancement, activities would be able to be tracked independently, i.e., Last Email Date, Last Conversation Date, and Last Review Meeting Date, all being tracked in separate fields.

Recurring Tasks Enhancement

Currently, recurring tasks set up by the client have a pre-defined set of recurrences. We've had several clients ask us to expand the optionality to include:

  • Every 2 Years - Biennial
  • Every 3 Years - Triennially

This will now be available to all clients and all users.

C-R-Impact

C-R-Impact is our next-generation version of legacy iParties, a CRM plugin that allows you to focus on a single record and visually represent all associated or linked records in CRM. We are excited to provide a navigable UI with a spiderweb design and presentation.

With C-R-Impact, you can select a record in CRM that you have access to (restricted currently to Family, Relationship, Contact, Portfolio, and Financial Account). C-R-Impact will be available at the firm-level and will need to be added to page layouts as a component (Salesforce) or web resource (D365).

Accepting Early-Adopters: We are currently looking to identify early-adopters. If you are interested, please reach out to your Relationship Manager.

Schwab DAO in CRM

Schwab DAO is a highly requested feature that allows you to open multiple registration types inside CRM, without needing to navigate away to Schwab Advisor Center. Please be aware that you will need to be using Schwab as custodian and be leveraging Advisor Center in your current Schwab services.
