All Integrations
Enhancement
We've enhanced the Data Mappings screen for greater clarity on field usage. Next to each field, we have added icons to indicate how Data Broker/Skyline is using the field. Fields may be downloaded as a data point into CRM, uploaded as a data point to a third-party integration, or may be a calculation done by Data Broker/Skyline and written to CRM.
Additionally, if the field is used by multiple integrations, you will see an information icon that you can hover over, and you will see a message indicating which integrations use the field.
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Fix
We have updated the Chronos scheduler to accept changes and run the scheduled jobs as expected. Previously, when making changes to Chronos job schedules, you had to select Manual and save before making schedule updates. Now, schedule changes will be saved without extra steps.
Black Diamond
Enhancement
The Contact Sync bulk upload now supports multiple addresses sent from Black Diamond to CRM for a Contact record. This new feature requires some setup steps before use. In Elements, the Contact record must have multiple address fields to accommodate the data received from Black Diamond, and the fields must be mapped in Data Broker Configuration. Reach out to our Support Team if you need assistance with setup.
