• We continue to build foundational updates for Bulk Update of Contacts from CRM to Innotrust. This is the second of three installments. All three installments necessary for Bulk Update of Contacts are expected to be released by January 2024. 

Fixes

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

• Resolved an issue where an Undefined Primary Owner on a Financial Account caused the entire bulk upload job to fail. There is now no restriction on creating Undefined Financial Account Records, so bulk uploads will now complete in this scenario. 

Black Diamond 

• Resolved an issue where the Relationship was blank in Black Diamond when using the Black Diamond Post to Timeline button. Now the Black Diamond Post to Timeline button will pre-populate the Relationship Name on the Post to Timeline screen
