Whitelisting New Data Broker IP Addresses

In order to bring you the best possible CRM experience, we have recently made enhancements to our DataBroker hardware. In order to ensure a smooth transition, firms will need to whitelist the new IP Addresses belonging to these new servers. This will ensure that the Data Broker connection persists moving forward without interruption.

The two new IP addresses that need to be added are:

20.242.58.76
20.119.128.8

Follow the instructions below to update the Data Broker IP addresses in your Whitelist in Elements.

How to Whitelist the New Data Broker IP Addresses

1. Click the Setup gear in the top right corner of Elements and click Setup.

2. Once in Setup, type Network Access into the Quick Find box on the left-hand side. Click Network Access.

3. Click New on the Network Access page.

4. This will open the Trusted IP Range Edit page. Add the IP Address of 20.242.58.76 in the Start IP Address and End IP Address boxes, and add Data Broker 3 to the Description box. The page should appear similar to the following image. Click Save.

5. After you click Save, this will take you back to the Network Access page and it will include the new IP Address that you whitelisted. Click New.

6. Add the IP Address of 20.119.128.8 in the Start IP Address and End IP Address boxes, and add Data Broker 4 to the Description box. The page should appear similar to the following image. Click Save.

7. After you click Save, this will take you back to the Network Access page, which should now include both the new IP Addresses.
